At Polyherbs CBD Oil, we understand that circumstances can change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@polyherbs.in or call our support line.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

1. Email us at support@polyherbs.in with your order number and reason for cancellation
2. Our team will confirm whether the order has been dispatched
3. If eligible, your cancellation will be processed within 1 business day

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by Polyherbs CBD Oil

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock
• Shipping restrictions in your area
• Suspected fraudulent transaction
• Incorrect pricing due to technical error

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Please log in to your account or contact support to manage your subscription.
