Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or tampered
• You received the wrong product
• The product is expired at the time of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products (unless defective)
• Products returned without original packaging
• Orders where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@polyherbs.in within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement product after receiving the returned item, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
