At Polyherbs CBD Oil, we strive to deliver your orders safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all states and union territories where CBD products are legally permitted. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹99 shipping charge on orders below ₹999

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. The package will not indicate the contents or our brand name on the outside.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@polyherbs.in with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Restricted Areas

We are unable to ship to areas where CBD products are legally restricted. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
